Amy J. Beatty is the kind of woman who gets things done.
While Amy’s business simplifies the overwhelming process of downsizing or liquidating a home and dispersing all of your family’s possessions, her true gift lies in her ability to notice – and take action on – the little things that are all too often overlooked during the decluttering and clean-up process.
Amy J. Beatty Valuations, which serves clients throughout northeast Indiana, coordinates dozens of estate sales and tag sales each year. Amy understands that organizing personal property and preparing items for sale is a process that is unique to each family and home. There’s no single formula that works every time, which is precisely why Amy’s extensive knowledge and personal approach are invaluable to families trying to navigate the emotional ups and downs that often accompany the process of downsizing or liquidating a home.
Amy tackles odd jobs with a smile. Over the years, she and her crew – along with a trusted team of contractors and service providers – have cleaned out moldy refrigerators, fixed broken screen doors, shipped sentimental family heirlooms to out-of-town relatives, and more. You name it, and at one time or another, Amy and her hardworking team have probably done it.
In addition to her keen eye for detail, Amy has an extensive knowledge of antiques and collectibles, coins and currency, precious metals, fine and costume jewelry, housewares and more. She is a Certified Estate Specialist (CES) and a Graduate Personal Property Appraiser (GPPA) with the National Auctioneers Association. Beatty is a graduate of the Reppert School of Auctioneering.
Amy is fully bonded and insured, and she offers an unprecedented level of professionalism in all she does.
